Jiwaku Trading Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus and trading as Infinity Imports, operates this website and provides food packaging procurement, warehousing and delivery services. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

The data we collect
- Enquiry data. When you contact us — by email, phone, or using the form on our contact page (which opens a message in your own email application) — we receive the information you choose to send: typically your business name, contact person, email address, phone number and details of your packaging requirements.
- Business relationship data. If you become a customer, we process the information needed to prepare quotations, fulfil orders, arrange deliveries and issue invoices.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
This website does not require accounts, does not run advertising, and does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
How we use your data, and on what basis
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations or cost analyses — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving prospective customers.
- Performing our contract with you — sourcing, manufacturing coordination, shipping, warehousing and delivery of your orders.
- Legal obligations — accounting, tax and record-keeping requirements under Cyprus and EU law.
- Protecting our website and business — our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to operate: with our website hosting provider; with manufacturers, freight and delivery partners to the extent necessary to fulfil your order; and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. All recipients are engaged on terms that protect your data.
International transfers
Where fulfilling an order involves partners outside the European Economic Area (for example, manufacturers), we limit any personal data shared to what is necessary — typically business contact and delivery details — and rely on appropriate safeguards recognised by EU law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer and transaction records are kept for the periods required by Cyprus tax and company law. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any right, email info@infinityimports.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
